Self-Serve Onboarding Flow
Triggered when the customer clicks Start Onboarding in the email from Stage 2.
The customer completes the following steps on the Cluematic platform:
- Creates their Cluematic account — name, email, company details
- Signs the service agreement — digital signature via the platform
- Chooses their plan — selects the appropriate subscription tier
- Pays the subscription fee — payment processed via the platform
What Happens Automatically After Payment
Once payment is confirmed, the platform handles everything:
- Customer account is activated
- Welcome to Cluematic email is sent automatically
- Customer is prompted to log in and create their first project
